is pleased to announce a free screening of
the Last Flight of Petr Ginz
, on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Hall.

This film us about a 16 year old boy who died in the gas chambers of Auschwitz. By then, however, he had created over 150 drawings and paintings, written five novels, penned a diary about the Nazi occupation of Prague, written numerous short stories, and edited an underground magazine in the Terezin ghetto. His extraordinary imagination knew no bounds.

This film was co-directed by Dr. Sandra Dickson and Churchill Roberts and we will have the pleasure to hear Dr. Dickson’s thoughts on the film in a discussion with her that follows the screening. Please join us for this exciting night!
