Welcome to Working@Chapman. SMC and IS&T have worked together to put this special edition together, and it is focused on updates from IS&T.   I hope you find it informative.

It goes without saying that it has been a challenging year.  I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of the staff in IS&T for doing such a great job in supporting the campus throughout the pandemic.  I would also like to thank the campus community for the overwhelming support you have given to IS&T staff.  It has been very gratifying to see the appreciation from you.

As the university prepares to welcome back students, faculty, and staff IS&T is ready to support you again on campus.  For everyone’s safety, we will continue to offer most support remotely, other than in-classroom support.   As you return to campus, we want to make sure that you have the equipment you need, including headsets and webcams.  Please feel free to connect with the Service Desk as you need equipment and for ongoing support.  We also continue to offer virtual drop-in sessions for faculty every day to provide consultation around teaching with technology.  Please visit our Virtual Tech Hub for more information.
