Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) is thrilled to announce that we have successfully transitioned from Panopto to the YuJa video platform, and we are excited to share the benefits of this new platform with you. We understand that any transition can be challenging, and we are grateful for your patience and cooperation during this process. Your feedback and support have been invaluable in helping us make this transition as smooth as possible.

The YuJa platform offers a range of features to enhance your learning and teaching experiences. With YuJa, you can easily record and upload videos, create interactive quizzes, add captions and transcripts to your videos, and much more. The platform also offers robust analytics to help you track the performance of your videos and gain valuable insights into student engagement.

One of the key advantages of YuJa is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Whether you are an instructor, student, or staff member, you will find the platform easy to use and navigate. YuJa also integrates seamlessly with Chapman University’s learning management system, Canvas, making it easy to incorporate videos into your courses.

In addition to these benefits, the YuJa platform also offers several security features to protect your data and ensure privacy. The platform is fully compliant with GDPR, FERPA, and other data protection regulations, and all videos are stored securely in the cloud.

As we wrap up this transition, please be advised that: 

  • You may access YuJa via video.chapman.edu (sign in with Chapman SSO) or on Canvas.
  • At this point, the Panopto integration in Canvas has been removed.
